After Oldcastle APG acquired Ash Grove Cement Company, they developed plans to upgrade the Portland Terminal to allow large ships to dock on the Willamette River. Ash Grove’s terminal is where clinker, limestone and other raw materials are offloaded and processed into finished products used to construct concrete roadways and buildings.
